Ian was friendly and excellent to work with. He did his best to find solutions to our unique basement drywall situation. The walls that got new drywall blend very well with the existing drywall, including seams and paint. All the work was completed on time and at a quality we are satisfied with.

Used Ian on a small apartment that we recently purchased with a few issues. Tenant left a complete mess, animal issues all over. Took care of the cleanup, install of the LVT floor, new doors, paint, and painted the ceiling for us because it needed it after this tenant, even though we were not anticipating! Did great work and the unit looks like new. Would recommend for anyone looking!
